About our Church:

St. Gregorios Orthodox Church, Dallas, was established as a congregation in the year 1983, under the leadership and guidance of our vicar, Rev. Fr. Koshy P. John. We acquired 1.86 acres of land in Garland,Texas, in the year of 1988. A new church was erected and dedicated on November 11, 1990. Rev. Fr. Joseph Kalapurayil took over as vicar in 1991.

As the years continued, we purchased another plot of land, 6.72 acres, right next to the church in 1996. We commenced construction of an auditorium in this newly acquired land. Our current vicar, Rev. Fr. Raju M Daniel, took over the vicarship in 1997.

The M.G.M. Auditorium was completed and consecrated by His Holiness Baselious Mathews II on October 16, 1999. Our current membership is 70 members.
